IT Group and our very own VP for Business Development, Mr. Jan Pabellon was featured in the May issue of Computerworld Philippines Magazine .

In the article In IT, Through IT for IT, written by Computerworld's Jenalyn Rubio, Computerworld interviews Jan regarding how we ourselves at IT Group use IT in our operations. Jan mentions that IT Group uses information technology in the following ways:

• To attract and retain customers
• Share knowledge
• Streamline and improve operations
• Provide staff an easy means of access to information

In the same issue, Jan is also invited by the staff of Computerworld along with the different CIOs of other SMEs to share insights on how their companies have grown over the years with the help of information technology. In Automated SME s, Jan, along with roundtable discussion participants Marino Adriano Encarnacion, chief information officer of Ayala Automotive Group; Edgar Javeniar, IT manager of Dunham-Bush Philippines Inc.; and June Tucay, IT manager of Holy Cow! Animation.Jan shares that “since our business is based on knowledge work, using IT as a tool for collaboration and communication is really very important to us.” He goes on to say that “our people should always be online, they should always have access to their e-mail.”
