Greetings!
A brainchild of IT Group Inc., ComUnion, answered the pursuit for better productivity of various small to medium businesses locally. Open source was the platform used for the system due to a visible growing interest, and in 2008 an eventual release to the public was followed. ComUnion is a home-grown business solution that manages the accounting and financial data that later on evolved as a full-fledge ERP system. However, due to change of business directions, ComUnion’s last release was dated on the year 2009. ITG cease to build another business solution and instead decided to focus the business on reselling. ComUnion served ITG from the beginning of its venture in the industry and it has been difficult to come to a decision to part with it. A huge investment of skills, talent and research has been devoted in this project. It is only expected that ITG only wished for it to be continued by commendable people who believes that this project will not only benefit their interest but the community as well. ITG wish to have this continued, moreover promote the local developers; something that ITG envision it to be from the very start.
